Order & Shipping

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 1-3 business days. For Austria and Switzerland, please allow 3-5 business days. Other EU countries are delivered within 5-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs for Germany are 4.90 € and are free for orders over 60 €. For Austria, we charge 9.90 € (free from 100 €). Detailed information about all shipping costs can be found on our Shipping & Payment page.

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. With this number, you can track the current status of your delivery online at DHL at any time.

Yes, we ship to all EU countries as well as Switzerland, Norway, and Great Britain. Shipping costs vary by country. Please note that additional customs fees may apply for deliveries to non-EU countries.

Yes, pickup is available at our location in 88085 Langenargen. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your desired pickup time by email so we can prepare your order.

We offer a variety of payment options: PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), SEPA direct debit, instant bank transfer, bank transfer/prepayment, Amazon Pay, Klarna (invoice, installments), and iDEAL.

Yes, absolutely. All payment transactions are processed via encrypted SSL connections (256-bit). Your payment data is never stored on our servers. Credit card payments are additionally protected by 3D Secure.

Yes, with Klarna you can conveniently order on invoice and have 30 days to pay. The credit check is performed automatically during the checkout process.

Yes, we offer flexible installment payments through Klarna. You can pay for your purchase in convenient monthly installments. The available options will be shown to you at checkout.

Returns & Revocation

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. The period begins on the day you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods. To meet the deadline, timely dispatch of the cancellation is sufficient.

First contact us by email or use our contact form to declare your withdrawal. You will then receive all necessary information for the return. Please pack the goods securely and include a copy of your order confirmation.

After receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. The refund will be made less any reduction in value due to improper handling.

Please document any damage to the packaging immediately upon acceptance and have the delivery driver confirm this. Photograph damaged items and contact us immediately. We will arrange for replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Please return the unwanted item and order the desired item anew. If you have questions about product selection, we are happy to advise you.

Account & Privacy

No, you can also order as a guest. However, a customer account offers you advantages such as faster checkout, access to your order history, and the ability to save favorites.

Click on "Forgot password" on the login page. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password. For security reasons, the link is only valid for a limited time.

You can request the deletion of your customer account at any time by email. We will delete your account and all associated personal data in accordance with legal retention periods.
